Perhaps Canada has a Consumer Protection Bureau that could take a complaint. Sometimes an agency like that making contact will be enough to get them off the dime. Or maybe there is something like a Better Business Bureau up there. Many will respond once they realize a complaint will go on file. This might be worth a shot as it not as adversarial and just might get there attention. Another idea; who is their marketing rep. These folks get bothered when those they rep don't take care of the customer. Just some ideas. Good luck.
