Very difficult to find the male DIN connector as a separate connector.
I have taken older cheaper tonearms and used the internal male fitting for use with Grace arms ( after rewiring the arms for use with an PIB box or external RCAs) . You might want to check with tonearm modifiers for the extra parts they may have when doing such a mod. Sorry I don't have any at the moment.
Another alternative is to remove the female Din connector and attach a lead out to a junction box with RCA's making you able to use any RCA IC. If you don't want to remove the stock fitting consider using some connector headers, soldering a wire to each and inserting them individually into the bottom. More of a PIA but it can work.
