Yes, that saves you from the chore of breaking in caps. My gear is always new - DIY - so from time to time I do have to break in caps. Coupling caps and to a lesser extent, PS filter caps.
Note "break in" is different to "warm up". Gear (even when run in)typically needs a "warm up" period, to come on song - this could be anywhere from an hour to 3 days.
