The ability for a touch screen to differentiate between being hit with one or two fingers - that's seems to be a logical extension of having a touch screen, and would come up 20 minutes into any brainstorming session about what to do next with a touch screen - so I say it's a jokeThe double click zoom - that's just a feature, no real technology there, I'd tend to say it's a joke.
So of the six patent violations, only one actually feels like a violation to me. The other five feel like things that should never have been granted patent protection in the first place.
