not sure I understand your post but I worked at a large software company for 20 years. They had 4000 employees. Shipped software and books to customers every day. At various times when I worked there we could ship personal packages at the same rate the company got charged, via UPS. The warehouse staff at various times would get pissed about having to work OT to ship employee packages, like Xmas time and they would walk out with unshipped packages on the dock. While that would get sorted out I would have to ship from a UPS store. The rates were double what I paid at work. End of story.
