I have a studio apartment no space for extra components in anyway. Before the internet dealers accepted trade-ins and that is what I did. Now I have to sell on the internet and do without until I have the money to buy replacement equipment.
Some day I hope to be rich enough to buy new equipment with cash only and not have to purge a lot of recordings to come up the cost difference between what I get for an old component and the cost of a new old.
