Just changing the voltage as step up / step down voltage regulators do does not address the problem. Unfortunately, "frequency converters" are far more costly than travel adapters, one to two thousand or more. A couple companies to start you out are TEMCo Frequency Converters 800-613-2290 and Visicomm Industries 866-221-3131
Years ago VPI made a small PLC unit where the exact frequency output was adjustable; designed for their turntables although it should work with other gear but it was very power limited. Something like 20 watts maximum output at any frequency. If that's enough for your turntable you might look for one on the used market? Value is around $150 to $200 I believe.
You said Canada to Hong Kong right? Hong Kong is 50Hz 220Volts / not 60Hz. If the AudioNote is already set at 50Hz then all you would need for Hong Kong is a voltage converter not a frequency converter or was that a misprint? I know Canada is a mix of both 50Hz and 60Hz depending on location.
