Tom is one of the great ones for sure in the audio biz.Besides being a true gentleman, he is an outstanding engineer.Just don't try to reach him through a computer. You will never reach him as he doesn't own one.Strictly an analog man.Old school designer and a honor to call him my friend
He is aways busy building/re-building Altec tube amps or building tube line-stages or all tube phono stages. And he is a Master at both. I happen to own both. He still does modifications for Eastern Electric Minimax pre's and he takes the MiniMax phono stage to another level also.
Just a sweetheart of a guy but don't talk politics with him,LOL, he knows what he likes and dislikes.
