Electrocompaniet; brands that are now defunct but still show up on the used market; Moscode, Hafler, Forte, Brown Electronic Labs also known as BEL, also the Bedini class A amps, Tandberg who made amps as well as receivers and the Nakamichi Stasis amps. Among many others not mentioned but they are much more expensive such as the STAX class A amp and Rowland Research (that's as in 'Jeff' Rowland not to be confused with the mass market company Roland Research).
I would mention the Acoustat TNT - Trans Nova Twin 200 amplifier while it is not specifically on the warm side, more neutral leaning into a silvery mosfet character to the upper mids and highs, it can when matched with the right speaker be exceptional as regards sound quality.
A few caveats: Yes, the later Classe amps are more neutral sounding and the early amps are climbing in price. The conrad-johnson are not particularly cheap either. The Hafler amps are a bit harsh and gritty and one is not very likely to run across an Acoustat TNT amp and they are best matched with electrostatic speakers anyway. Bedini seems to be in/out of production once again. Yes, Nakamichi licensed the "Stasis" technology from Threshold. Lastly, the Rowland Research is more of a golden sheen to its character than dark per say, it favored brass instruments the most and is expensive also.
