Only refer to the seller by his username. LOL, In other words not slime ball....
Facts:
* State you used the Agon system for the purchase of the preamp.
* Give the date you bought the preamp. State the manufacture and model number as well as the price the seller was asking and the agreed price of the final sale.
* An agreement between buyer and seller was meant.
* You sent the seller payment by Paypal in a timely manner.
* Seller received payment.
*Next I would try to post the email where the seller tells you he is breaking the contract and refunding your payment by Paypal.
*Make note the money was deposited back in your Paypal account.
Stick to just the facts! No opinions or theories.....
Let the Agon members draw their own conclusions.....
I have been posting on Agon forums for many years and what I can say they do not like a cheater anymore than members here on AA.
