Below (beginning at the bottom and working towards the top) is my recent email interchange with Dakiom, whose feedback stabilizers I thought I might try, as, well, they may have made a difference (improvement) and since there is a "satisfaction guarantee", why not?
Why not indeed! Apparently I haven't met Dr. Dao's stipulations nor achieved the correct level of dogma to qualify for a refund. And who knew I had the wrong "wires" in my system to utilize his product. Seems Dr. Dao should actually "approve" or "decline" who he sells his product to based on a person's system BEFORE he sells them anything.
I never accused Dakiom of anything, I just wanted my $ back, yet this has escalated into a "scheme" overnight. My name and email address are blocked-out for privacy's sake, but this is the story so far.
It's actually bemusing in a sort of troubled, Philp K. Dick sort of way...
Mr B****,
Your scheme has failed. We can defend ourself against the like of you.
Don't try to sabotage our business by fake "trying then returning".
If you don't agree with our findings and instructions, don't try our
products. Our products are fully disclosed. Our web site already explains
our positions on snake oil wires and AC conditioners and other audio mumbo
jumbos.
Clearly you don't like our bashing of your beloved fancy wires therefore
trying to retaliate. Sorry, Mr WireNut, our products are for music lovers
and fancy wires are for fools and scammers.
We already specify on how to listen to our products. We already denounced
fancy wires and other junks. But you still did not follow our instructions
on how to use our products. Clearly you misused and lied about our
products to contradict us in order damage our business. Paypal will not
consider your case when we explain to them what is going on. You are not
the first to try this kind of scheme.
Clearly Paypal was smart enough to know a saboter. Remember that we can
strike back to you. Of course we can prove your BS and the good working of
our products to a third party. Your mumbo jumbo on "no right to criticize
some ome's snake oil" is just stupid BS.
Have a good day Mr, Scammer or Mr. Audiophile, either way it is shame on you.
Dakiom

> Hi, excuse me, but I fail to see why you are referring to me as a
"scammer".I purchased your product in good faith that it might help
improve the soundof my system, no matter what components that system is
comprised of. If you areso adamant in what someone's audio system should
be, why would you sell yourproduct to someone that does not meet your
stipulation(s)?"Why did you mix our products with Audioquest wiring, AC
conditioning etc... even though we already told you that these spoil
music?" You did NO SUCH THING!! Why would I be trying to scam you? What
would be the point? I am not in a position to copy CDs and use a PC
soundcard to do your comparativelistening tests, nor do you imply in your
> satisfaction guarantee that this is inherent in regards your
returnpolicy.
