Without a doubt, there are individuals willing to profit themselves at the expense of others in every corner of the world. As long as the rewards outweighs the risk, they will continue to do so. I have no ill will towards China or its’ people in general, just some of their indivuals and practices. While my perception maybe wrong, it seems to be that so many of their citizens are willing to do so as well as a unwillingness or inability of their government, law enforcement to deter them.
