I never said the U.S. didn’t have a history of (or is immuned) to similar activities. Nevertheless, zip code or country of origin does not belittle what these individuals are doing.

I have no ill will towards China or its’ people in general, just some of their indivuals and practices. Producing fake goods like clothing, watches, etc. is one thing, but producing fake medicines, toxic food products is a much more serious problem. If questioning thier ethical and moral values makes one self-rightous, then I rather be self-rightous than one of the unfortunate victims who has died.
