And for what it's worth, I've had good dealings with Universal-Radio. I haven't purchased anything "big" from them, mostly accessories like antenna wire, extra rechargeable batteries, optional filter for my shortwave receiver, etc.
Their web based ordering / checkout works very nicely... or you can call them on the phone.
