I am puzzed why they were "relabeling"? their factory actually can brand to diff names due to request by the distibutors. There are many of different brands of tubes were made by those two factories carried by different vendors, though.

Yes, sometime amp makers relabeling the tubes- put own amp brand on the tubes (happen all the time to tube amp makers --USA, and China)
