there are only two tube factories there: Shaugang and TJ.
Shaugang makes about 10 - 50 million tubes a year, supply to world wide.
all your guita amps tubes are made by them now. If they were relabeling 10 million tubes a year, Shaugaung needs double or trible their work force just relabeling instead of producing.....
