I never stated that my writing is perfect, or that anyone else's needs to be, you pedant. The use of "their" as a non-genderized singular pronoun, rather than the somewhat offensive "his" or clumsy "his/her", is becoming acceptable. In a conversational setting such as this, I would consider such usage wholly acceptable. But then, I have better things to do than scrutinize every post for the most petty grammatical errors.
