You keep harping this point, but don't seem to understand what is the determining factor.

It is not the media choosen for distribution, it is the advent of computers and internet.

You act as if no cd created, then all of digital computer world would not have occured.

People copied vinyl to cassettes, so the "it takes to long to copy" is completely invalid as to stop the sharing that computers and internet so easily provided.

Once again your analysis, that at first sounds so insightful, is in actuality, ignorant of the fundemental drivers of file sharing.
