I specifically excluded foreigners. I admire anyone who has the courage to attempt posting in any language other than their native one. I certainly couldn't write or speak a single word of Chinese, for example, and neither can most other "Americans". I think it's shameful to ridicule those who exhibit awkwardness when trying to negotiate our bizarre syntax and spelling, but it's even more shameful for us as a country when so many can't write or spell correctly. Casual writing is one thing, but laziness and illiteracy are quite another.

Too bad a spell checker can't differentiate between "again" and "against", but then that's pretty delicate and would require actual intelligence.
