You need to get a BMG account. I don't know the rules but you may need to have someone in another country order for you. Yesterday I paid less than $35 for 5 titles including delivery (Chick Corea/ElvisCostello/Ry Cooder, Capucon brothers/Mahler 7th).

You should also check out CDbaby.com for music by less well know performers. They are having a $5 sale right now.
