Interesting! So that is why they started using 44khz sampling rate because it is basically double the high frequency limitations which would then translate to 22Khz.? Personally I think the sample rate would have to be higher than terahertz to even come close to analog which is impossible. Thanks for the technical references though, definitely spot on. I think within the next 8-15 years they will come up with a way to record analog very close to the original analog/Instrument.
