Closed Back Headphones under 150

I have had my pair of Grado SR-80's for a while now and think they sound absolutely phenomenal. The only problem is they are only good for the house where the sound leakage isn't a problem. I have been looking into getting a pair of closed backs for when I can't disrupt those around me. I don't want to sacrifice sound quality though. I have been looking at these three sets and don't know what to think right now.

Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7 QuietPoint Active Noise-Cancelling Headphones

Anyone have recommendations ?
