By coincidence I've got the Arcam AVR 350 and use Kimber Kables, and in your situation I might be inclined to retain the excellent preamp section of the Arcam and add a matching Arcam 5.1 power amp to bi-amp - something like the FMJ P7 - which would really grip the speakers without losing the musicality.

Alternatively the reviews of the latest Yamaha DSP Z2 receiver suggest it is something special, but it woiuldn't be anywhere near as cost effective as the Arcam power amp.

BluRay players which are full spec are still evry thin on the ground and personally I'm waiting to see what the upcoming Denon performs like, as this also has the broadcast quality realta chipset which upscales DVD to 1080p and also improves BluRay.
