Spending 10k newbie needs advice

I am going to be installing a new home theater since our new house has two theater rooms. My existing setup is a 60" sxrd, arcam avr 350, NHT 2.5i's with sa-2's, oppo, panamax and kimber cable.

I am going to start completely over and have a budget of 10-14k including the pioneer kumo 60" (4k). I am looking for either on wall's or floor standing. I will need a receiver (or separates), 5.1 and a blueray/divx player. I do not need multi-zone.

What would you build, will probably buy used gear. If I get a great system for less, perfect.
