..I bought a Dell Dimension running Vista last summer. From purchase to the occasions when I needed help (yes indeed Vista has its difficulties - as for Windows Mail, words fail me) Dell have been excellent. Perhaps this has to do with it being Dell Europe as I'm in the UK? Big Kudos to their Presto service facility in Limerick, Ireland.
