Sadly Jim it was the worse buying experience of my life. 1 Hour to place the order, 2 1/2 hours to upgrade to a 7200 rpm drive, finally had to cancel the order and re-order...more time wasted. During these orders I visited Texas, India and Peru (I think) and dealt with people who simply were incompetant every step of the way. The order wasn't quick but not excessively slow...misinformation sent about ship dates and tracking...delivery of items staggered over weeks and a totally convoluted receipt for the items ordered.
Finally the quality and build is only fair. The ugly silver face you type on is made of plastic that reminds me of the stuff Coby Electronics uses on its portable CD players. You can feel the sharp cheap edge of the plastic all around where it meets the bottom half of the shell. On top of this, ergonomically the touchpad is only fair at tracking and the mouse regularly freezes up (perhaps software based). The keypad feels cheap. The wide screen is usually useless and the off center touchpad is a total PITA.
That's about it....
