In light of the recent brouhaha between Monster Cable and Blue Jeans Cable, Ray Kimber EMailed this to me a couple days ago saying he didn't have time right now to keep up with any responses and asked me if I could post it for him. Been rather busy myself so I'm just getting to it now.
