"I purchased a hyperbaric chamber in the hopes it would help with my spinal cord injury. So far, it has only been of limited usefulness for me. However, we donated the use of the chamber to a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist, and my rehab MD (specializing in strokes, TBI, and spinal cord injuries) has been referring patients there. To date, every single patient (besides myself) has shown significant improvement with HBOT. The patients include stroke victims, TBI patients, a 5 y.o. girl with CP, and a woman with RSI. Next week a Lyme's disease victim will begin treatments."
My hat is off to you Charles. For having the intelligence and drive to pursue your own treatment. Also for sharing your considerable personal investment with others. You and your personal HBOT lab will help many people and may even further medical science.
Thank you Charles Hansen.
P.S. - My own personal experience: I went blind from AION. It is treatable with HBOT, but is "experimental" in the US and "not covered" by insurance companies. By the time we discovered HBOT treatment on our own (the AION specialist had not heard of using HBOT), it was too late to pursue with our own resources.
