Question about power

Right not I’m using a Ps Audio Quintet power center.
While it has helped with reducing noise a lot I still get days when I get a harsh sound in the upper mid/ treble range. And the Bass seems to get a bit week. Some days I get home a 6 pm and fire up the stereo and I can hear it getting worse by 8 pm. Other days it’s completely gone.
Like having 2 stereos in one.

What is causing this ??
Neighbors turning on computers ?
Is the only fix the PS Audio Power Plant Premier ?
How about Equi tech ?

Also how reliable are those products ?
Will I have to replace in 10 yrs ?
