I used a Marantz pro recorder and Taiyo Yuden blanks. The tape hiss becomes more apparent, though. But they still sound pretty wonderful. Most of what I had was never released on CD... a lot of bootlegs, radio broadcasts, cassette-only releases, etc.

And now... I can see the dark FBI cars coming up my driveway... I don't own the "music", you see. So if you do make copies, DON'T TELL ANYONE!!! :)
