Moving Overseas

I am moving to Europe and have an Onkyo TX-SR702 audio receiver which is a 110 Volt/60 Hz unit. I assume I can take it with me and step the voltage down to 110V from 220V with a transformer but what about the HZ? They won't matter right? I plan to take all of my Infinity speakers as well, to include the PS-10 110V subwoofer. Is it safe to assume that running this off a transformer will also not be a problem?
