well, this is a marginal case...there is no danger to anyone. keep in mind though, that without any supervision companies are liable to invent any silliness, including false labeling, to sell products.
the other day i read on an ingredients label "saccharine (sugar)" which is a false equation and i don't think the fda allows that. but i am in germany where there is no fda as such.

unforunately, our government allied with the large coporations and wall street is currently screwing us in ways that having little handguns could never do anything about, so again the 2nd is outdated.
