Unfortunately, Justin doesn't make that amp (Blue Hawaii) anymore,.. sort of. He has a limited addition coming out later this year that's over $4K.
Fortunately, you can find the plans for building one over on Headwize in the library. It was designed by Kevin Gilmore and like all his amps, the schematics are free. I'm planning on building one this summer. Just the parts (before the Mullard el34's) will set you back over a grand.
The "BEST" headphone rig I ever heard was the one that FrankC (hey Frank how's it hangin'?) mentioned in his post,.. the $20K amp was a SinglePower ES-2 (pretty much a one off), the headphones were Sennheisser HE90's (discontinued) and the source, my Technics RS1500 with the Tape Project reel to reel (1/2 track, 15ips).
BTW If you're a speaker guy like me, but you "really" want to learn about headphones,.. don't get discouraged by just a few visits to headfi. If you knew about one speaker and showed up on AA for the first time, you wouldn't know where to look for "what?" either.
