Hi everybody.
I have a some bad experience like same kind post a lot.
I ordered a Zephyr Kit w/Black Aluminum Panel - $425.00 at welborne labs.com on Mar. 30.2007.
First time, back ordered cause by remote controler was out of stock.
Second time, they moved to new business place, still I can't find any address at home page even phone number and FAX too.
Third, requested shipping information or tracking number but no answere, no response, no action.....
Forth, request credit back because it is long long ago story, and I bought a different kits in the other place who can wait for over 6~7 months without reply, no contact point.
There is an only email address but never answere I sent e-mail so many time.
I just realized that happend to me is not only but other peoples.
Oh, no.
Please, God help me!
