Some ten years ago (before the Asylum was started) there was a discussion in AR about the benefits of leaving your amps and other electronic items connected and switched on all the time, except during electronic storms or when going away etc.I agreed about the benefits, especially for power amps, but did say that as someone concerned about the environment I was worried about the waste of energy. At that time I came into quite a lot of flak from ppl who seemed to deny climate change and were not prepared to change their life style. I am interested to find out whether everone has now changed their minds or if some ppl still leave all their kit on nearly all the time?
