KG4's

The KG4's are nice, I had a pair in college and they really rocked out baby! Very efficient, you don't need a massive amp, but of course we had a big amp (Denon) that did the job. There is a passive radiator on the back so be sure and pull the speaker out from the wall a few feet. I cannot imagine that the Panasonic's sound better but who knows, with the sub maybe you are used to a different sound. Have you tried aiming the tweeters at different angles? I would try to check all the drivers and xover by playing different tones/music to veryify everything is working ok, then play with positioning. Good luck.
