Tubes have a subconscious, mind control effect?

I found something interesting in one of my country's local hifi forums.

An SS amp manufacturer stated that because of the beta ray radiation of the cageless electron tubes, tube amps are life threatening and tubes have a subconscious, kind of mind controlling effect, because of beta radiation. He is quite serious about this. If he is right, now we have a reason why tubes sometimes are euphonic and give us so much pleasure :-)

I did a simple google search for "tube beta ray radiation" but found nothing significant.

What is your opinion about this?
