on behalf all the defrauded asylum inmates with copies of their bills and invoices. Get the police and have him charged and locked up for Interstate fruad, racketering, theft, ON THE SPOT. When he accepetd money and did not deliver within reason or issue a refund, he is legally liable.
I was fortunate I was only bilked out of $40 in parts, but it did put a project on hold for a month
