...while a good diet and sound nutrition may or may not help those with tinnitus, they certainly won't make it worse.

Homeopathic remedies however, are not considered to have any efficacy whatsoever by medical science since there are no clinical studies showing they work beyond a placebo effect.

Save your money and read John's post below which is based on medical *science*.
