I think it was UPS for me. I ordered a video rack unit from some random distributor outfit and it arrived damaged. I sent it back and received another one, damaged again. It was mostly the fault of the original equipment supplier in not packaging their stuff well enough -- certainly not well-enough for the gorillas at UPS. I also had this problem with SONY equipment by mail, which is inadequately packaged.

I think Audio Advisor will double box themselves if they think packaging is inadequate, but that is obviously an extra burden for distributors.
