I'm aware of their good reputation. Like I said, perhaps the problem is that my local FedEx delivery is not exactly handling packages with care. Also, if that many Cambridge Audio products were defective, no one would buy them from anybody. But, it's extremely frustrating after two misses and a long wait to receive the wrong product. That one was Audio Advisor's fault. They also have still not called back today like they said they would.
This is the reason why I'm about to pay a little more mark up and sales tax. I'm going to give them one more day to resolve this. I've waited since, I think it was April 4th.
