In early April I ordered a B-stock 640av2. It went into protection mode at random intervals. I even spent time blaming my speakers. It wasn't my speakers. I sent it back.
Oops. They're out of b-stock. But, they'll charge me extra for a new one but at least shipping will be included. Ok.
The new one arrived with a dead right channel. I sent it back. My account was refunded.
Oops. They're all out. The replacement is on backorder for about a month!?
A couple of days ago my account was charged. Today, a slightly banged up box was waiting for me at home. I opened it to find the 640v2 CD PLAYER. I didn't want the CD player. I wanted the integrated. I'm not going to dare try it since the box is so beat up.
I called Audio Advisor and they're supposed to call me back TODAY. I think they've gone for the weekend by now, though. At this point, I'm pissed. I'm tired of making trips to send back defective/incorrect products. Maybe FedEx is breaking the stuff and it's fine when it leaves Audio Advisor - but who knows? I'm DONE with them. I've been waiting two months to have a living room stereo and I'm just about ready to go to my area rip-off artist store just to have the thing already.
