I am so frustrated with ps audio and UPS. Long story short. I ordered a quintet power conditioner from them On Line. Paid with my VISA. Got the invoice and the address was wrong. I paid on the 1st. and got the invoice on Monday. the 2nd. So I sent an e-mail telling them the correct address and call customer service to tell them about the problem. They assured the address was correct and the package would ship that morning. ( Mon 2 )
The ps audio web. Site says they are now in California so that’s where they ship from. So I figured OK I’m in California so ground should take 3 -4 Days Have it by Fri.
Wed, I go on line to see that the package was shipped ON WED the 4th. FROM Colorado !! And that I would get it on Mon the 9th. Now I’m getting upset to say the least. I emailed them back only the get an e-mail saying that the guy that took my order would not be back till next week. So I e-mail someone else explaining how I am up set because they sat on the order 3 day’s and shipped from Colorado instead from Calif.
All I got was an email showing the invose and No explanation of why they sat on the order, or why they shipped from Colorado instead of Calif.Mon I come home to nothing No package No ups slip. Nothing. So I call UPS to see what happened. Seems that the address UPS got was incorrect! I gave them the correct address And told them that it was OK to leave the package at the door, since I am not home during the day and can not sign in person. I had also told PS AUDIO when I ordered, to tell ups “OK to leave at ft. Door.†( I always leave a note saying OK to leave at door with my sig and address) ON THE DOOR.
So now today Tuesday Guess what! My note is still there and the UPS note saying I have to sign In Person!
I work long hours so I can not pick up at UPS .
I have never had this problem before . Just leave a note and they leave the package.
I e-mailed Ps Audio Yesterday telling them to tell UPS OK to leave at FT door and to verify the correct address.
Today …. NO e-mail from ps audio. NO package from UPS.
Seems that customer service IS Crappy at PS Audio!
