Hi, most transformers are wired for both 220 and 110 but you cannot just switch the primary because you will have only 1/2 the voltage on the secondary. Disconnect the secondaries and use a voltmeter to see how much AC voltage you have on the secondaries, then try to rewire the primary if you can but check the affect on the secondary voltage-- you will want the same voltage on the secondary.

If you cannot succeed at this get a new transformer that will give you the voltage you need and that has the same VA rating (should be about the same size, click the info link for Partsexpress where you can buy these.
