It's not like they make us prove the things are working before we ship them. Heck if the box or the item don't show mishandling I'm not sure you can collect anything on the insurance. If we could everyone could sell not working items and claim the shipper broke them.If the box shows the item was mishandled AND the item was properly packaged in the first place the shipper should cover the loss.
