Talk to your local station manager, get phone numbers and contact names from him/her. Once you are talking person to person ( which might take a while) you will get the attention you need.
You might also have the amp inspected by a tech to document the internal damage. Have him write a short report describing what's damaged in your amp and how harsh handling was the cause. Just because there is no external damage doesn't mean the trannies etc. haven't come loose.Oh, and write letters, real, paper and envelope letters to these same contacts you chat with on the phone. After all, you are dealing with $$ and they will want it all in writing.
