Look, I have had absolutely nothing to do with Welborne and probably never will. That being said (and I have not even read this whole thread), it appears that Welborne is not providing much in the way of customer service. It appears, in fact, that their total lack of customer service is not an isolated incident and that posters complaining of such are pretty reasonable people who have calmly documented their experience (as opposed to nutcases on a rant).In light of this, legitimizing Welborne by continuing to accept their sponsorship (which is in fact a form of advertising) would appear to be a disservice to uninformed or unsuspecting members (who have not read this thread) who would order from Welborne thinking that their sponsorship was indicative of quality service.
