every time I got ready, the price seemed to jump another few hundred. And all of the confusion about power supplies and speed controllers. It said to me, "the basic Sondek sucks. You'll need all of these add-ons to make it sound half decent".
Another thing was having to have the dealer set it up or lose your warranty. Why was it not set up from the factory like Thorens tables were? Please.
I could have easily afforded it but finally decided to buy elsewhere.
And have you seen what that $2,000+ gives you? With the cover off it is crude as hell. Not even as well made as my lowly Thorens at the time.
Just my opinion thanks.
