i once knew a business in staten island ny who had the same problems. what that guy used to do, was open accounts from parts distributers or manufacturers using one or two accouns with good standing as a reference.then he would take orders for products, take the money and transfer it to his person bank account as his salary. then place the accumulated order's for lets say the last month or as long as he could hold out. then he wouldnt pay the parts distributer and get cut off after 2 or three months of stalling the guy with the check is in the mail or sending unsigned checks. he would send out whatever parts or products he had to his customers, weather they were right or wrong. after burning a distributer or manufacturer he would move on the the next. after a few years he would change his business name to start over, for purchasing only and keep his front end name the same.
customers would wait months for simple parts ordersthis guy became very rich personally before declaring business bankrupcy.
he portrayed himself as the nicest guy in the world everyone loved him. except for the distributers he bilked and the customers who went elseware after waiting months for their ordered product or refund.
no i cant say this is whats happening here, but i can say, he doesnt deliver on time, ships wrong products and keep the money.
i have my story with welborne too. i ordered parts for a preamp rebuild, and only receieved a partial order, i emailed and emailed after a few weeks i bought the parts from someone else, then asked for diferent parts in its place, after 6 weeks i got some of the original parts that i didnt need anymore. my lesson was cheap
