I too am finding it harder and harder to work up much enthusiasm for many of the series I used to love or at least tolerate!
No, really, it's a shrinking list.
I have taken when I feel like flopping down on the sofa, to watching the cookery channel, where repeats don't matter so much as I avoid the "reality" shows like the plague. "Hell's Kitchen"? Absolutely. Set up. Pratfall. Set up. Pratfall.
Take the money and run, Gordon Ramsey.
It's the same with the Lifestyle and How To channels.
Sports luckily have not been effected so much, but I have noticed a tendency to not label live matches as "live" in some circumstances, and to use the "live" tag when a repeat match is shown, presumably to muddy the waters even more.
